We use Australia Post for domestic delivery (within Australia). Delivery times will vary depending on your State, City and postcode.

Standard Post orders arrive within 2-7 business days (please keep in mind all possible delays within Australia Post)

Express Post orders, within Metro Areas, arrive within 1-3 business days (please keep in mind all possible delays within Australia Post)

Salty Paws Designs does not take any responsibility for shipping times once an order had been dispatched. All parcels will be provided with tracking that can be checked via the Australia Post Website. The site will also state if they are experiencing delays within their service. Salty Paws Designs does not take any responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost in transit.

If you are unable to collect your parcel from the Post Office within the 14 day period set by Australia Post, the order will be returned to Salty Paws Designs. The customer will be responsible for the fee to re-send the parcel.

Please always ensure that your shipping details and email are correct before completing checkout, Salty Paws Designs will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
