SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 days for processing. 

All orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days from Gold Coast, Australia.

We use Australia Post for domestic delivery (within Australia).  Delivery times will vary depending on your State, City and postcode. 

Postage Costs

Standard Post FLAT RATE:  $13.00 (up to 1kg) $17.00 (>1kg)

Express Post FLAT RATE:  $17.00 (up to 1kg) $22.00 (>1kg)

FREE SHIPPING for purchases over $200.00

International shipping is charged at Australia Post International Shipping Rates according to your location.  Salty Paws Designs takes no responsibility for taxes or duties on arrival in the destination country.

Salty Paws Designs does not take any responsibility for shipping times once an order had been dispatched.  All parcels will be provided with tracking that can be checked via the Australia Post Website.  The site will also state if they are experiencing delays within their service.  Salty Paws Designs does not take any responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost in transit.

If you are unable to collect your parcel from the Post Office within the 14 day period set by Australia Post, the order will be returned to Salty Paws Designs.  The customer will be responsible for the fee to re-send the parcel.

Please always ensure that your shipping details and email are correct before completing checkout, Salty Paws Designs will not take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
