The Salty Paws Quick Release Waterproof Lead is built for adventure and designed for comfort, this lead combines strength, style, and practicality in one lightweight package.
Made from waterproof PVC-coated webbing with an aviation-grade aluminium frog clip, it’s easy to clean, soft in hand, and tough enough for serious pullers. With a breaking strength of 360kg, this lead ensures maximum durability. For everyday use, the working load is rated at 70kg, but for dogs who pull or lunge, we recommend a safe working load (SWL) of up to 40kg for confidence on every walk.
Available in multiple lengths, from a short 1m lead for everyday strolls to a 10m long line for recall training or safe exploring, it’s the perfect balance of freedom and control.

My story begins with the adoption of a crazy blonde kelpie...
named Kirra. Wanting to give her the best new life I enrolled her in dog training and set out to arm myself with everything I would need.
I struggled to find products that were functional and beautiful. What I did find was boring, drab, overpriced products that I had to ‘settle for’ as I was unable to find what I had in my imagination. So the solution was to design and create my own and Salty Paws Designs was born.
